2021 was yet another difficult season on and off the pitch. COVID disruptions once again hindered the development program of the players. Despite all of this, our teams did well throughout all the competitions and age groups, taking into consideration the shortened season. We are super proud of all their hard work and achievements.

As an academy, we try to look beyond the medals and trophies won. The success and consistency throughout all the competitions and age groups shows there is good work done by the coaches. COMPETITION CHALLENGES COACHES. WHEN THE PRESSURE TO WIN BECOMES SO GREAT THAT VALUES AND PRINCIPLES MAY BE SACRIFICED. ACFA’s philosophy is “learning to love the game”.  Winning is important but player development is more important at youth level.

We are a work in progress, and the coaches always look for new and innovative ways to help develop our players to reach their full potential as footballers and human beings. We adjust and tweak our training program every year to ensure our players get the best. We are already looking forward to the 2022 season!
